Stationary Compactors are bolted to the ground along with its power unit. A
receiver box is backed into place and connected to the compactor. When
the receiver box is full, your hauler will detach the receiver box from the
compactor and haul it to the landfill to be emptied. Then the receiver box is
brought back and reattached to the compactor for you to fill again.

SELF CONTAINED COMPACTORS
Self Contained Compactors are mainly used anywhere where liquid or wet
garbage is being disposed of, because of their self contained design. The
container and the compactor are one solid unit and do not detach from one
another. These units are sealed so as to not allow any food debris to leak
out of the container. When the unit is full, your hauler will detach the
portable compactor from the power unit and haul the entire unit to the
landfill to be emptied. Then the unit is brought back and reconnected to
the power unit and ready for you to fill again.
